  TERMS AND CONDITIONS...............(And your rights.)

We hope that your shopping experience with us will be a positive and happy one. But we must give you the small print. So here it is..............

*  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible after completion of the payment procedure. You will receive an email from us as confirmation of your order, usually within a few hours. Although your order will, under normal circumstances, be processed immediately, to allow for unforeseen events, please allow 21 days for delivery.

*You have a right to cancel your order with us any time up to 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract of sale, even if you have already received the goods. You may cancel by emailing us at :   mail@herbaltincturesonline.co.uk

*Your payment made (including postal costs if goods were returned as a result of being in faulty condition which is obviously the fault of the Supplier, or if cancellation was made before postage) will be returned to you in full.

*During this 7 working day cancellation  period, you are entitled to cancel without having to give us any explanation for doing so. (ie. you have the right to cancel if you simply change your mind about the order.)

*If you have already received the goods ordered and wish to cancel for any other reason excepting the receipt of faulty goods where it is clearly the Supplier's error (ie. the goods themselves are faulty in content, or are not packaged for postage adequately)  it is expected that you will bear the cost of postage on the returned goods.

*If any substitute goods are provided, and you decide this substitution is unacceptable, you have the right to return the goods to us, giving us written notice by either email or letter, and we will return both payment for goods and postage in full.

*You (the customer) are responsible for keeping goods you intend to return to us in good condition, and for ensuring they are posted back to us with appropriate wrappings and protection for postage.

*Any returns made which show any tampering with contents, or any contents missing, or any damage to sealings, bottle, or label, will not be refunded.

*If any fraudulent use of a payment card (ie. debit or credit card) has taken place in respect of a distance contract, the customer is entitled to cancel any payment made.

(PRIVACY)............Your personal details, (name, email address, postal address, telephone no., or any other data you provide us with to successfully complete your order), will not be used for any other purpose, nor will those details be disclosed to any third party, excepting the administrator of your payment contract; (ie. PayPal.)

Your personal details will be stored on our computer for a limited period only, in order to complete the transaction of the ordering of goods. After the 7 working day cooling-off period, those details will be deleted. If you wish to re-order, you will have to set up a new contract of sale. Your 'sensitive' data (ie credit-card number, etc), NEVER enters our system at all, and is dealt with securely ONLY on the Paypal checkout.

You will receive no unsolicited emails from Herbal Tinctures Supplies for advertising purposes, no pop-ups, spam, or cookies.
